I have feared this phase for so long..

Heard many scary stories of being single..

The unwanted...the problem..the lonely people

I have been in a 15-year marriage and a long relationship..I have experience in that world.

I wasn't ready to jump into another one.

I wanted to try the single phase out.

Going for the hard things is what I love to do..

And being single is no exception.

However, I had a way different experience being single.

I had so much more time to focus..on myself..for once.

My fitness is consistent, the best shape of my life.

My business grew like no other..

And I had to reject many suitors.

Singleness for me is a choice.

A choice to bring back all the energy to me.

To do what I love ..to quantum leap my future.

It's all about perspective.

You can choose to suffer or enjoy the ride.

The brain is our armor.

It tells us when there is "danger " to save us from the inevitable death..

However, what the brain perceived as "danger" can be questionable..

Afraid of a new business opportunity that till requires you to grow..

Afraid of leaving a toxic relationship because you have never been alone..

When these voices comes to you..pause and reflect.

Is this REAL fear?

Or is my brain not knowing what to do in this new situation?

So, it just decides to run?

When your intuition tells u to stay..stay..

The brain will learn that it's safe..its ok and that is how this organ will grow. 😊

When "failure" loses the grip it has on you..

Life becomes a series of "fortune " events.

Look at your life with curiosity..

Be in awed on how events and situations move you..

And the most important thing is to de DETACHED from your own mind thinking that this or that NEEDS to happen for you to be happy.

The brain operates on what it already knows..the past.

It can not conceive the future that is beyond its limitations.

Don't be stuck thinking that the past or what you see is the best u can get..

Life is about asking the right questions.

I remembered this question repeatedly visit my mind..at the time my business and marriage were at the peak of success..

I remembered feeling bad about it..

That I should be happy.. I have reached my goals and have everything I thought I wanted..

If that is true..why does this question still persist?

Looking back, that was actually my soul calling me for help.

Asking me to stop.

It's starving for something else..not what society thinks "success" is..

I didn't know what it was...

And to be honest.. I was afraid to find out.

That world was all I knew..

If not that life, what kind of life would it be to make me truly satisfied?

Life has a way to move things or people out..so u can grow.

Like it or not.

So you can choose to suffer when it happened or accepted with curiosity.

Now, on my own, that question hasn't visited me since.

Maybe I am on the path that is made for me, finally.

Why do most people settle for a 9-5 job..selling their time for money..
