จากสถานการณ์ที่ผ่านมาทาง MOTIV Southeast Asia ได้รับทราบถึงปัญหาและได้ดำเนินการหารืออย่างจริงจังเพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไข จนได้ข้อสรุปที่ชัดเจน ดังนี้
วิลินกร เกล็ดแก้ว (เฮนรี่) MOTIV Staff และนักกีฬาทีมชาติไทยชุดปัจจุบัน ได้เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ แบรนด์ MOTIV อย่างเป็นทางการเพียงผู้เดียวในประเทศไทย
เฮนรี่จะทำหน้าที่ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ Motiv ตอบคำถามทุกข้อสงสัยและให้บริการด้านการขายสินค้าโดยตรง ลูกค้าทุกท่านสามารถติดต่อสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมกับเฮนรี่ได้ทันที โดยตั้งแต่วันนี้เป็นต้นไป จะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังต่อไปนี้
