မဲဆောက်ရှိ မိတ်ဆွေများအတွက် နေ့ချင်းပြီး Tak DLT မှာ ကားအမည်ပြောင်းကြမယ် -

၂။ အခွန်တံဆိပ်ခေါင်းခ (Stamp Duty)
အမည်ပေါက်ပြောင်းရာတွင် ကုန်ကျစရိတ် အများဆုံး အစိတ်ပိုင်းဖြစ်ပြီး DLT ရုံးမှ သတ်မှတ်ပေးသည့် ကား၏ တန်ဖိုးဖြတ်စနစ် (Assessed Value) ပေါ်မူတည်၍ ၀.၅% (၁ သိန်းဘတ်လျှင် ၅၀၀ ဘတ်) ကျသင့်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
(ဥပမာ - ကားတန်ဖိုးကို ဘတ် ၃ သိန်းဟု ရုံးမှ သတ်မှတ်ပါက တံဆိပ်ခေါင်းခ ၁,၅၀၀ ဘတ် ကျသင့်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။)

၃။ အခြား ထပ်ဆောင်း ကုန်ကျနိုင်သည်များ (လိုအပ်ချက်ပေါ်မူတည်၍)
• နံပါတ်ပြား အသစ်လဲလှယ်ခ: ၂၀၀ ဘတ် (နယ်ကျော် ပြောင်းရွှေ့ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် နံပါတ်ပြားအသစ် လိုချင်ပါက)
