มาญี่ปุ่นครั้งนี้มีหลายอย่างที่ต้องทำ และได้พาครอบครัวมาเที่ยวช่วงฤดูร้อนที่ญี่ปุ่นด้วย นอกจากนี้ยังมีโอกาสได้เข้าร่วมฝึกกับชมรมไอคิโดท้องถิ่นหลายแห่งในโตเกียว
สถานที่หนึ่งที่ผมชอบมากคือ Chuo City Sports Center ศูนย์กีฬาของเขต Chuo (Chuo City) นอกจากพื้นที่สำหรับออกกำลังกายและกีฬาทั่วไปแล้ว ที่นี่ยังมี Budojo (Martial Arts Hall) ขนาดใหญ่และสวยงาม แบ่งเป็นสองส่วน คือห้องพื้นเสื่อ Tatami และห้องพื้นไม้ พร้อมเครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นสบาย
ได้มีโอกาสร่วมฝึกไอคิโดกับชมรมท้องถิ่นอยู่สองชั่วโมง แล้วไปกินดื่มพูดคุยกันต่ออีกสองชั่วโมง เหนื่อย สนุก และเอาเรื่องอยู่เหมือนกันครับ 😄
This trip to Japan has been a mix of many things to do, a summer holiday with my family, and opportunities to practice with several local Aikido groups around Tokyo.
One place I particularly enjoyed was the Chuo City Sports Center, a public sports facility operated by Chuo City. In addition to its general sports and fitness facilities, it has a beautiful and spacious Budojo (Martial Arts Hall / 武道場), divided into two areas one with tatami mats and the other with a wooden floor. And yes, it’s fully airconditioned, which is very much appreciated during the Japanese summer
I joined a local Aikido group for two hours of practice, followed by another two hours of food, drinks, and good conversation.
Two hours of Keiko, two hours of Kanpai. 🍻
Tiring, but definitely a lot of fun!
