Pretty Quilt ชุมทางงานควิลต์ครบวงจรแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย ดำเนินการสอนโดยครูนิคกี้ ซึ่งเป็นสมาชิกที่ได้รับการรับรองและสำเร็จหลักสูตรงานควิลต์จาก Corea Quilt Associate (CQA) ประเทศเกาหลีใต้ Pretty Quilt เปิดสอนงานควิลต์ทั้งการควิลต์ด้วยมือและการควิลต์ด้วยจักร ซึ่งทั้งสองศาสตร์นี้ต่างมีลักษณะเฉพาะและวิธีการเรียนที่แตกต่างกันออกไป เราเปิดสอนตั้งแต่ระดับพื้นฐานสำหรับผู้ที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานมาก่อนเลย หรืออาจจ
ะเคยเรียนมาบ้างแล้ว แต่ต้องการปรับพื้นฐานงานควิลต์ให้แน่นขึ้น เรื่อยไปจนถึงระดับกลาง และระดับสูงหรือระดับผู้สอน ซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการประกอบกิจการของตนเองต่อไปในอนาคต นอกจากนี้ ร้านยังจำหน่ายผ้าหลากหลายประเภท ทั้งผ้าคอตตอน ผ้าหนัง ผ้าทอ ผ้าลินิน ผ้าขนสัตว์ ผ้าสักหลาด ฯลฯ รวมถึงอุปกรณ์สำหรับงานควิลต์ทุกชนิด
หลักสูตรและชั้นเรียนที่เปิดสอน:
1) หลักสูตรควิลต์มือ (Hand Quilt Course)
- ระดับ 1 เรียนทั้งหมด 10 แบบ ระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ค่าเรียน 4,000 บาท
- ระดับ 2 เรียนทั้งหมด 24 บล็อค ระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ค่าเรียน 6,000 บาท
2) หลักสูตรควิลต์จักร (Sewing Machine Quilt Course)
- หลักสูตร 1 เรียนทั้งหมด 7 เทคนิค ระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ค่าเรียน 7,000 บาท
- หลักสูตร 2 เรียนทั้งหมด 100 บล็อค หรือ 24 บล็อค (แล้วแต่เลือก) ระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ค่าเรียน 7,000 บาท
(ผู้ที่ไม่เคยผ่านการเรียนหลักสูตร 1 มาก่อน ค่าเรียน 8,000 บาท)
- หลักสูตรระดับสูง หลักสูตรนี้ผู้เรียนต้องผ่านการเรียนหลักสูตร 1 และ 2 ในข้อ 2 มาแล้ว จึงสามารถลงเรียนได้ โดยสามารถเลือกเรียนชิ้นงานที่สนใจได้ด้วยตนเอง ค่าเรียนเริ่มที่ 1,500 บาท/ชิ้น (รวมหนังสือแล้ว)
3) คลาสสำหรับคนรักกระเป๋า (For Bag Lover Class) ผู้เรียนสามารถเลือกเรียนเย็บกระเป๋าแบบใดก็ได้ที่ตนชอบ จำนวน 5 ชิ้น ค่าเรียน 2,000 บาท
4) คลาสกระเป๋าตามใจชอบ (My Own Style Bag Class) ผู้เรียนสามารถเลือกเรียนเย็บกระเป๋าแบบใดแบบหนึ่งก็ได้ตามที่ตนชอบ ค่าเรียนต่างกันออกไปตามเทคนิคที่ใช้ ความยาก-ง่ายและความซับซ้อนของชิ้นงาน เริ่มต้นที่ 500 บาท/ใบ
5) คลาสตุ๊กตาที่รัก (My Adorable Doll Class) ผู้เรียนสามารถเลือกเรียนเย็บตุ๊กตาแบบใดก็ได้ที่ตนชอบ จำนวน 5 ตัว ค่าเรียน 2,000 บาท
6) คลาสผ้าห่มกาย อุ่นใจ (Warmy B & B – Bedcover & Blanket Class) ผู้เรียนสามารถเลือกเรียนเย็บผ้าห่ม หรือผ้าคลุมเตียงแบบใดแบบหนึ่งได้ตามที่ตนชอบ ค่าเรียนต่างกันออกไปตามเทคนิคที่ใช้ ความยาก-ง่ายและความซับซ้อนของชิ้นงาน
7) คลาสอื่นๆ (Others) ผู้เรียนสามารถเลือกเรียนชิ้นงานใดในร้านก็ได้ที่ตนสนใจ หรืออาจนำแบบที่ต้องการมาให้ครูสอนก็ได้เช่นกัน
ด้วย Pretty Quilt เป็นตัวแทนอย่างเป็นทางการของ Corea Quilt Associate (CQA) ประเทศเกาหลีใต้ อย่างเป็นทางการ ฉะนั้น ผู้ที่ผ่านหลักสูตรดังกล่าวข้างต้นมาแล้ว สามารถสมัครเป็นสมาชิกของ CQA (มีค่าสมาชิกจำนวน 1,000 บาท/ปี) เพื่อขอรับการทดสอบตามหลักเกณฑ์และมาตรฐานที่ CQA กำหนดไว้ ผู้ที่ผ่านการสอบจะได้รับประกาศนียบัตรรับรองงานควิลต์มือหรือควิลต์จักร (แล้วแต่กรณี) จาก CQA ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องการันตีมาตรฐานฝีมืออันเป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากลได้เป็นอย่างดี
Pretty Quilt, one of the complete quilt hubs in Thailand is operated by Nicky who has been a certified member of Corea Quilt Associate (CQA), South Korea for years. We conduct various kinds of course including beginning level for those who just start and are not yet familiar with quilt work as well as those who wish to strengthen their knowledge and skill, intermediate level and advance or instructor level which highly suits for an entrepreneur-to-be. Also we offer a high selection of fabrics of your choice; cotton, leather, yarn dyed, linen, wool, velvet, etc. as well as every kind of quilt notions. Course & Class:
1) Hand Quilt Course:
- Level 1 10 patterns for the duration of 6 months tuition fee 4,000 Baht
- Level 2 24 blocks for the duration of 6 months tuition fee 6,000 Baht
2) Sewing Machine Quilt Course:
- Course 1 7 techniques for the duration of 6 months tuition fee 7,000 Baht
- Course 2 100 or 24 blocks for the duration of 6 months tuition fee 7,000 Baht
(of your choice) (for those who has not done course 1 tuition fee 8,000 Baht)
- Advance level: Those who wish to apply for this level is required to pass both courses 1 and 2 as compulsory. Learners are able to choose the project they wish to learn by their own. Tuition fee starts from 1,500 Baht/project (textbook included).
3) For Bag Lover Class: Learners are able to choose any kind of bags for 5 with tuition fee of 2,000 Baht.
4) My Own Style Bag Class: Learners are able to choose any design of bag they want to do. The tuition fee is varied upon technique, difficulty and complication of the project. The tuition fee starts from 500 Baht/project.
5) My Adorable Doll Class: Learners are able to choose any kind of dolls for 5 with tuition fee of 2,000 Baht.
6) Warmy B & B – Bedcover & Blanket Class: Learners are able to choose any design of blanket or bedcover they want to do. The tuition fee is varied upon technique, difficulty and complication of the project.
7) Others: Learners are able to choose any project in the shop they would love to do or bring your own idea or dreamy project to get help from instructor to make it come true. As Pretty Quilt is an authorized representative from Corea Quilt Associate (CQA), South Korea, those who pass the abovementioned courses are, therefore, entitled for application for membership of CQA (with 1,000 Baht of membership fee/year) and for the test to get certified by CQA as to their criteria and standard. Those who succeed in the testing procedure will get either hand or sewing machine quilt certificate. This is one to guarantee your standard of quilt skill at international level.
