This is to inform all ANYA NYA II FC players, legends, and staff that there will be a meeting tomorrow at Coach Mandela's residence at 12:30 PM.

The agenda of the meeting will be announced at the venue.

Attendance is mandatory for all players unless you are out of town.

Please inform anyone who may not be aware of this meeting.

TO ALL TEAMMATES,

After sitting down together and discussing the situation, we have reached a decision as a team.

We are deeply disappointed by the punishment given to our teammates and assistant coach by the leadership of the Yirol Local Football Association (YLFA). As a family, we feel that the decision is unfair and does not reflect the values of respect, fairness, and understanding that football should promote.

Football is more than just a game to us. We train together, struggle together, celebrate together, and stand by one another during difficult times. For that reason, we cannot remain silent when some of our own are treated in a way that we believe is unjust.

As a team, as a family, and as one united club, we stand together.

WE WILL NOT PLAY.

ANYA NYA Football Team Raises Concerns Over Alleged Mistreatment by YLFA
ANYA NYA Football Team has publicly raised concerns over what it describes as prolonged unfair treatment by the Yirol Local Football Association (YLFA).
In a statement shared on their official page, the team expressed dissatisfaction with decisions made by the association, claiming that they have consistently been treated differently from other registered teams.
According to the statement, the concerns date back to 2019, with the team alleging that several rules and decisions have appeared to work against them over the years. The team emphasized that, as a registered member of YLFA alongside more than 20 other teams, it expects equal treatment, fairness, and transparency in all matters.
“We would like to understand where we have gone wrong,” the statement read, highlighting the team’s request for clarification regarding decisions that have affected them.
The situation, the team noted, has led to growing frustration and a sense of mistreatment within its members. Despite this, ANYA NYA Football Team reaffirmed its commitment to the development of football in Yirol, while calling on YLFA to ensure fairness and accountability moving forward.
As of now, Yirol Local Football Association (YLFA) has not issued an official response to the allegations.

Could you please explain where we have gone wrong? We believe we deserve to understand the reasons behind the decisions made against us.
We are a registered team like the other 20 teams under YLFA, and we expect to be treated equally and fairly.
Since 2019 up to now, it has appeared that many of the rules and decisions have been against us.
This has created a feeling of mistreatment and concern within our team.
We kindly request fairness transparency and equal treatment for us to move forward with your things we're really tired of mistreatment.
