Greetings from Luac Akook De Yieu Football Association.

We are pleased to inform you that the Luac Akook De Yieu Football Association will hold its "Convention" to discuss matters of development, governance, and the future of football in our association.

In this regard, we kindly request each federation to send "7 delegates" to represent you during the convention.

The composition of delegates should be as follows:

1. Four leaders from the federation:
✓ Chairperson
✓ Secretary
✓ Finance Officer
✓ Coach

2. Three permanent members of your federation

The convention will run for "two days" on:
Day 1: 26/07/2026
Day 2: 02/08/2026

We believe your participation will greatly contribute to making important decisions for the growth of football in our region.

Padang Peace Tournament – First Edition 2026
It gives me great honor and privilege to present this Three-Month Financial Report during my tenure as the Acting Chairperson of the Luac Akook Yieu Football Association in the Padang Peace Tournament, First Edition 2026.

As my term in this position comes to an end, I would like to sincerely express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Angok Athor Deng and the Board of the Luac Akook Yieu Organising Committee (2025–2026) for the trust and confidence they placed in me by giving me the opportunity to serve our community and our football team during this important period.

I am equally grateful to all members of the Luac Akook Yieu community, well-wishers, supporters, and friends who contributed financially, morally, and mentally toward the success of our football team throughout the Padang Peace Tournament in Juba. Your generous support and unwavering commitment made it possible for the team to participate and compete with dignity.

Special appreciation goes to our players, technical staff, team management, and supporters whose tireless efforts, dedication, discipline, and sacrifice brought pride and unity to our community. Your determination on and off the field demonstrated the true spirit of teamwork and sportsmanship.

Mobilizing resources and raising funds during the current economic challenges was not an easy task. However, through collective effort, unity, and commitment, we managed to overcome many obstacles and support our team throughout the tournament.

As I conclude my tenure as Acting Chairperson, I remain proud of what we achieved together. The successes recorded during this period belong to the entire community, and any challenges encountered have provided valuable lessons for the future.

I extend my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who stood with the team and contributed in one way or another. Your support will always be remembered, and I encourage the community to continue promoting unity, peace, and sports development for future generations.

Thank you all for your trust, cooperation, and dedication.
