NOTICE FOR THE FORMATION OF THE YIROL EAST FOOTBALL TEAM SUPPORTERS’ COMMITTEE BODY.
The Office of the Secretary General of the Yirol East Football Association (YEFA) hereby announces the formation of the Yirol East Football Team Supporters’ Governing Body, which shall serve as the official leadership body representing all supporters and fans of the Yirol East Football Team.
The Supporters’ Governing Body shall work under the guidance of the Yirol East Football Association and in accordance with the rules and regulations governing all competitions. Its primary purpose is to promote unity, discipline, coordination, and organized support for the Yirol East Football Team.
Official Fan Stand.
All supporters shall be organized under the following official fan stand.
This fan stand shall coordinate its supporters through the Supporters’ Governing Body to ensure order, unity, and effective communication during all matches and official Team activities.
Leadership Structure
The Supporters’ Governing Body shall consist of the following officials:

Responsibilities
Chairman
• Provide overall leadership and direction to the Supporters’ Committee Body.
• Represent the supporters in meetings with YECFT management and other stakeholders.
• Preside over meetings and ensure decisions are implemented.
• Promote unity, discipline, and teamwork among all supporters.
Secretary General
• Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the Supporters’ Governing Body.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and maintain official records.
• Communicate official decisions and directives to all members and fan stands.
• Serve as the principal link/Coordinator between the Supporters’ Committee Body and YECFT management.
Secretary for Information
• Disseminate official information and announcements to supporters.
• Coordinate public communication and supporter awareness campaigns.
• Counter misinformation by ensuring only verified information is shared.
• Promote a positive image of the supporters and Yirol East Football Team.
Secretary for Mobilization
• Mobilize supporters to attend matches and official activities.
• Coordinate supporter participation across all fan stands.
• Encourage unity, active participation, and volunteerism among supporters.
• Assist in organizing supporter events and campaigns.
• Mobilize materials or funds for the benefit of both the team and fans.
Secretary for Safety and Security
• Promote orderly conduct and discipline among supporters.
• Coordinate with YECFT Management and relevant security personnel during matches.
• Help prevent violence, misconduct, and damage to property.
• Report disciplinary concerns and recommend appropriate action.
Members
• Participate actively in meetings and activities of the Supporters’ Committee Body.
• Support the implementation of decisions and assigned responsibilities.
• Assist in mobilization, communication, and maintaining discipline among supporters.
• Represent the interests of supporters while promoting the values and image of the Yirol East County Football Team and that of the community.
NB:
1. The Yirol East Football Team Supporters’ Committee Body and all supporters shall not participate in, interfere with, or influence the decision-making processes of the Yirol East Football Association’s Executive Committee, Technical Committee, Selection Committee, Coaching Staff, or any other official committee responsible for the management and technical affairs of the team. Their role is strictly limited to supporting, mobilizing, and promoting the team in accordance with the mandate of the Supporters’ Governing Body.
2. The Supporters’ Committee Body and all supporters shall faithfully adhere to and abide by the Constitution, policies, directives, and regulations of the Yirol East Football Association, as well as the rules, regulations, by-laws, and disciplinary codes governing any competition or tournament in which the Yirol East Football Team participates.
3. Any supporter or official of the Supporters’ Governing Body who acts contrary to these provisions or whose conduct brings the Yirol East Football Team or the Yirol East Football Association into disrepute shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary measures by the Yirol East Football Association and/or the relevant competition organizers.
All supporters are encouraged to cooperate with the Supporters’ Governing Body in building a united, disciplined, and vibrant supporters’ community that proudly represents Yirol East County at every competition.
