I am pleased to announce a resolution by the Economic Cluster that starting this March, salaries for civil servants and organized forces will be disbursed consistently on the 24th day of every month.

The payroll for February is currently being processed and will be disbursed in due course.

In addition, we have charted a roadmap to clear all outstanding salary arrears progressively.

To ensure the success of these reforms, the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning has been mandated to implement key economic interventions, including:

1. Investment in non-oil sectors to diversify the country’s revenue base,

2. Implementation of financial regulations to ensure fiscal responsibility,

3. Introduction of a biometric payment system to enhance transparency,

4. Integration of the banking system for improved financial operations and

5. Establishment of a wage bill monitoring system to oversee payroll management.

In a meeting I held with His Excellency President Salva Kiir Mayardit earlier today, he reaffirmed the government's commitment to these resolutions and their effective implementation. The President noted that these reforms will also drive broader economic transformation for the country and create a more resilient economy.

Let us build a more transparent, accountable, and effective public sector for for our people.

I seize this opportunity to express weighty gratitude to His Excellency General Salva Kiir Mayardit, the President of South Sudan, Her Excellency Mary Ayen Mayardit the Mother of the Nation and the First Lady of the Republic for their deligent support throughout my Academic and political journey.

While presenting a copy of PhD thesis in Political science, titles Hydro Politics & Foreign Policy: The Essence of water Resource Management Among Nile Basin Countries, to Her Excellency, I highlighted that His Excellency the President reiterated when we were schooling in Kenya that "opportunities ahead will require an academic qualification, study hard because these will be available for all".

Still, I can't blame His Excellency because he has been preoccupied. I request you pass my message to him for recommendations to either IO or SOA leadership for employment since he is pensive with national matters beyond my needs. Her Excellency's funny response was, " I can now join you in becoming an opposition to the government". Ladies and gentlemen, I concluded that such a mother deserves valuable recognition as a great mother of the nation who doesn't indulge in politics or people social life but demonstrates love entirely. Whoever subjects her to social or political hatred and whoever enjoys the propaganda labelled against her has a naive political and social analytical capacity, earning nothing in the world of game theory for political scientists (James, 1994).
