: koda ajdbg15 Sem oseba, ki se je po rojstvu drugega otroka odločila, da se pridruži fitnes svetu. Takrat sem se zaljubila v bodybuilding in vse pozitivne strani tega športa. Kot mamica dveh punčk, s partnerjem, ki je več v službi kot doma se tudi sama s

popadam s težavo, ki se ji reče pomankanje časa in novodobna utrujenost. Ampak kot pravijo, kjer je VOLJA tam je POT. Minimalno pet dni v tednu si vzamem čas in grem sama ali z mojim moškim/trenerjem na fitness. Seveda vadba ni vse, zato tudi sama posegam po športnih dodatkih. Ker imam rada kvalitetno hrano, ker mi veliko pomeni, da so moji šprortni dodatki kvalitetni, ker hočem zase narediti nekaj dobrega. Mogoče koga spodbudim, da se tudi sam ali sama odloči za nekaj telovadbe na dan.

Everybody has a little bit of the sun and moon in them. Everybody has a little bit of man, woman, and animal in them. Darks and lights in them. Everyone is part of a connected cosmic system. Part earth and sea, wind and fire, with some salt and dust swimming in them. We have a universe within ourselves that mimics the universe outside. None of us are just black or white, or never wrong and always right. No one. No one exists without polarities. Everybody has good and bad forces working with them, against them, and within them.
