After a training hiatus of 2 years, and with the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions on group training, we are pleased to announce the offering of Team FatBird's highly effective and successful running program:

We have structured and flexible training schedules tailored for the busy road warriors seeking improved run timings, Personal Bests, Boston Qualifiers and weight-conscious fitness enthusiasts trying to hit their weight-loss goals.
Program PowerFLIGHT has also proven to be an excellent structured training for beginners and non-marathoners seeking to score well for IPPT/NAPFA tests, develop fit bodies, lose weight, quit smoking/drinking and reduce high blood pressure levels

This intensive 4 to 16-Week strength and speed training Program brings the best together - an integration of the key elements for training of speed, hills, trails with optimal race weight and pacing as objectives!
PowerFLIGHT Strength & Speed Training System comprising:
1. 8-36 Face-Face Group Run Workouts with Team FatBird
2. Weekday (Wed 7pm) track & hills workout and one weekend (Sat 7am) long steady run.
3. Workout sessions will focus on building speed and strength for enhanced performance at running races of 10km to marathons
4. Qualified & Experienced Trainers conducting the training sessions
5. Two levels of training – beginners and experienced runners
6. Regular emails and online postings of the weekly training plan, tips and advisory
