Official page for Tian Eng Dragon and Lion Dance Centre (新加坡天鷹龍狮学院) Tian Eng Lion and Dragon Dance Centre was officially established in 1987.

The primary objectives of Tian Eng encompasses the innate conviction of promoting traditional Chinese Cultural art while at the same time also the skills and techniques of Lion and Dragon Dancing. Throughout our 25 years history, aside from our usual performances in various functions, Tian Eng has also participated in many national competitions organized by the Singapore National Wushu Federation.

In 2006 our team came in 1st for the Eastern Zone National Traditional Lion Dance Championship and also won the champion for The 12th National Lion Dance Championship 2006 at Ngee Ann City in Traditional Championship.

In 2011 3rd Sarawark open lion and dragon dance championship(2011年马来西亚第三届砂拉越公开龙狮争霸赛) , our team won the champion for traditional lion dance competition. In 2012, two of our teams took part in the 1st Thailand, Sungai Kolok, International Traditional Lion Dance Championship( 2012年泰国泰南陶公府宋艾歌乐第一届国际传统舞狮锦标赛)and both of our team are awarded the Champion and 1st runner up. In 2012 June, We are invited to Penang to take part in the 3rd Mah Yoke Seng Cup, Traditional Lion Dance Championship2012(第三届马毓声杯传统南狮（器材阵式）公开赛) and our team Won the Champion. In 2013 our team took part in the 6th Malaysia Johor traditional lion dance championship , 2013年马来西亚新山第六届《善福宫杯》传统南狮争霸赛 and our team won the Champion. In 2013 our team took part the 19th Ngee Ann City National Lion Dance Championship ,2013 年第十九届義安城全国舞狮锦标赛 . Our team won the National Southern Lion Traditional Champion. In 2013 June, We are again invited to Penang to take part in the 4th Mah Yoke Seng Cup, Traditional Lion Dance Championship2013(第四届马毓声杯传统南狮（器材阵式）公开赛) and our team Won the Champion.

2014 Indonesia(Jataka) 2nd Living World-FOBI international lion dance championship, first runner up

All these are the glories we have achieved for the Centre. During this process, new techniques are developed and impoverished while invaluable knowledge and skills are exchanged and learned. Our Centre has also been invited several times to perform overseas, such as Europe, India and others. Tian Eng has constantly strive to promote Lion and Dragon dance in a positive light given the defensive and often beleaguered image it has always been portrayed. Thus, the spirit of healthy competition and friendly exchanges clearly provide the impetus for Tian Eng to further enhanced and promote this art to as many people as possible.
