Simple 3 v 3 defending practice introducing pressure support balance - recovery .
30x20 grid . Defenders (blues) start in a stagger position as shown - ball played to any attacker - creates decision staright away who presses , who supports who covers . Play both directions players rotate start position . Can use gates or mini goals or a target player (red) number 9 to encourage screening by the covering player. Great original practice for introducing principles (enjoy) 🙂
