AIS Sharks swimmers had a positive weekend at the Singapore Swim Series.
It was great to see planned goals achieved, resulting from first block of training.
Early season racing is a valuable checkpoint, not just for results, but for identifying technical ex*****on and race strategy under competition conditions. These performances highlighted key areas to refine and develop as we progress through the season.
With a busy and exciting few weeks ahead, our focus now shifts to MS ACSIS, followed by a trip to SEASAC, and Singapore National Age Group Swimming Championships were we are looking forward to seeing team qualification for Australian Age Nationals in April.
Preparation continues with clarity, intent, and purpose.
