Steps by step to cook the shabsuka

Ingredients

Heat
1Tbsp butter/ghee
3 tbsp olive oil then sauté

Chopped
3 large onion
5 garlic
1inch ginger
1 green chilly slice thickly
2tbsp dry chillies blend

600gm mince meat
1tbsp fennel
1tbsp. Curry powder
1tsp. Pepper powder
1tsp. Paprika
3tbsp Tomato sauce
Salt

Finally Other ingredients .
Dice tomato
Dice carrots
Dice capsicum
Slice Celery

Last crack the eggs and place on TOP of the shabsuka turn to Low heat.
