After doing Bulgarian Split Squats for the past year, I'm now switching over to Squats for the primary leg exercise. I can't quite match the numbers yet, even though it's 1 leg vs 2. You would think you can do double, but can't.

Just completed a week of my new full body workout split 4x a week. My goal was to balance out my focus and do more volume for legs and cut back a bit on back/lats. A full body plan has me doing 3-4 sets for every muscle every workout.
