EXPLORING SINGAPORE 🇸🇬, ONE RESTAURANT AT A TIME - SYMMETRY (9 Jalan Kubor, Singapore)

A rustic but authentic vibe with a delicious variety of cocktails and a short but intriguing menu!!

Their coffee ☕️ is great and I had a Museli and Yogurt, which is served with whole grain, fresh fruit, crisps, honey and fresh milk. A simple dish but it had me excited from the moment it arrived!!

The restaurant is also located in the “Arab” district that is full of culture and stunning graffiti.

Yesterday a Taxi driver told us that Singapore only started being developed in the 80’s and in the 60’s it was a whole different picture. On my way to work, I came across an old building being renovated and they had these photos up of the original structure and street view, and in the back a brand new shiny “new Singapore”. I really love this city!!
