Ending the week with Yoga stretch and breath-work especially for our 8 week challenge participants by Yoga teacher, Roohi.

We kicked it off with grounding which places emphasis on mindfulness through the session.

We moved on to yoga poses focused on recovery and relaxation and ended it off with a much needed savasana.

We can’t wait to bring our next workshop to our challengers next Sat!

For now, we hydrate & recover to conquer Week 2!

What is MAS?

It stands for MAXIMAL AEROBIC SPEED and the test will comprise of 5 min efforts of 3 modalities - Ski Erg, Keiser Bike and RowErg.

The Aim?

It is for you to achieve the maximum amount of distance you can accumulate on each individual modality.

Our coaches will guide you through! Book your slot if you have yet to do so!
