🛬Open Leg Rocker - stretch out those hamstrings and find your balance, roll back to those shoulder blades for a lifted hold, then flow back to your tail bone with added spinal extension for a feel good moment. Repeat as many times as it makes your smile!
🏊♂️ Swimming - time to connect the front lines with the back lines for an integrated series. I love starting with single arm/ leg isolated lifts to warm up gently into a full spinal extension. Find your flow and challenge yourself with an extended hold.
Roll Down & 🆙 *slowly* - want to waken up those abdominal muscles? Take the roll down in slow motion! Articulate through the spine while grounding through your seat bones down, down, down. Take a long inhale to organise the spine, then tuck your chin on the exhale, allow your gaze to carry you up, up, up to a lovely spine stretch. Repeat and challenge yourself by changing the tempo of this movement.
