Get a Stronger Shoulder; We Need It
Try this series of exercise and feel the burn on the shoulders!
1) Kick Through (dead feet) - 10 reps
2) S.A side swing with HALO - 5.5 reps
3) S.A swing to catch - 5.5 reps
4 rounds with plenty of rest after each round
