On 19th June 2022, we celebrated our first Father’s Day. Less than a year after .sg opened its doors, came not just the birth of our son, but also our second outlet.

Being the co-founder of the only women’s personal training gym in Singapore was just a speckle of a dream 5 years back. Today, we have 2 MSFIT gyms that have helped over 500 women get out of their comfort zones and get fit the way they want to in a space they can be themselves in.

I can confidently say that we are where we are today because of the amazing and motivating bunch of trainers in our team, the expertise of our main man .sg, and most importantly the support and know-how of my husband - the male figure behind our all-female team. As the saying goes, behind every successful man is a woman. But behind this woman 🙋🏽‍♀️ is a man who’s been her biggest inspiration and partner in life.

I am blessed to be able to celebrate this day with him; our cheeky lil’ 4 month old by our side and MSFIT Bugis up and running. 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️🏋🏿‍♀️

2020 has been the most uncertain year in my 28 years of life on earth. It's brought ups and downs and forced us to jump over hurdles we never thought we had to overcome.
If having zero income during the circuit breaker wasn't bad enough, my career and prospects were being constantly looked down upon by people whom I thought loved and cared about me the most.
Yet, I count my blessings every day having amazing cousin's, friends and of course constantly being emotionally and physically present (I say this knowing fully the CB house rules👀) and motivating. I also embraced the fact that I was doing what I love. 🏋🏽‍♀️
I've never dreaded a single day of work since I became a personal trainer. I look forward to waking up every working day to meet people and trusted that pursuing something my heart went out to would bring me far. With dedication and continued support from those around me, I am extremely satisfied with where I'm at in life now.
Building up .sg together with my greatest pillar of strength was the best thing that happened in 2020, especially with an amazing team consisting of
& 👯‍♀️. I would never turn back the clock to change anything. Looking forward to a whole new year of endless possibilities. Cheers to 2021! 🍾
