Get the ultimate full-body workout that combines upper body strength, lower body strength, core strength, cardiovascular, and martial arts training with our 2 unique πΒ² ππ₯ππ¬π¬ formats: πΒ²1 and πΒ²2
Both formats consist of 6 stations with 2 exercises/station.
HΒ²1 focuses on the usual 45 seconds work + 15 seconds rest, 1-minute rest after each station.
HΒ²2 focuses on EMOM (every minute on the minute) where the goal is to complete a certain number of repetitions of a the exercise within 60 seconds, and to use whatever time is left in that minute to rest.
