The Dragon Boat Club (NPDB), started in 1985, carries an illustrious history, coupled with a fierce reputation for determination and strength in the Singapore Dragon Boat fraternity. We welcome all Ngee Ann students who have trained in Dragon Boat in the past, as well as newcomers who show an enthusiasm to join us! Our senior rowers will guide you in training and technique, and always strive to im

part their knowledge of dragon boating to juniors who will one day bring glory to NPDB. Our motto “Mental Speaks” serves to remind members that Dragon Boating is less about the physical aspect of a sport than it is a mental one. Mental strength is of foremost importance - the hands keep the paddle rowing, but our hearts keep the boat going. We offer you not only the chance to build yourself up to peak physical and mental fitness but also the opportunity to join a brethren of fun, lasting friendships and camaraderie.
