⚪️🔴🔵F45 TRAINING BUKIT TIMAH & SOUTH BUONA VISTA CHALLENGE 23 WINNER! - TIMO NEO⚪️🔴🔵

In the last 8 weeks, Timo has done F45 classes consistently 6 times a week while sticking close to the diet plan and it certainly has paid off! Timo was also able to cut alcohol from his diet and was determined to shed the weight in preparation for his annual Ironman race. His hard work has definitely impressed the team and we are glad to crown him the combined winner of the challenge.

RESULTS:
Body Fat: 26.0% to 20.6% (5.4% LOSS)
Weight: 90.0kg to 81.8kg (8.2kg LOSS)
