Blooming Hearts is a group of 4 delicated students with the vision of an ideal society where children grow up safe, happy, and together with a loving family. We are partnering with Singapore Children's
Society to provide funding and raise public awareness for their cause and programs to aid an estimated 67 000 children annually, through their 9 islandwide centers. Our project is under the Citi-YM

CA Youth For Causes programme. The main purposes of our project are to raise funds and public awareness for SCS, to give encouragement and support to the Children at Risk, to promote adults to love and care for children. We believe that every dollar would go a long way in the running of the organisation, in provision of consellors,
better facilities for the beneficiaries and other areas where money is needed to aid the beneficiaries, which are
the children and also youth who require our care. In order to achieve these goals, Blooming Hearts will be publicizing SCS on Facebook, organising Flagdays and street sales, carrying out a Tree of Love campaign and a 3km run. A few highlights that we would like to make out of these events are the street sales, Tree of Love campaign and the 3km run.
- For the street sales, we are asking for the buyers of the goods to give them to a child, to brighten up his/her day and to show that they care for him/her.
- For the Tree of Love campaign, we are presenting the Children at Risk with encouraging messages from the public (these would be written on heart shaped paper cut-outs and pasted on a paper tree) and raising public awareness of SCS at the same time.
- For the 3km run, we are providing the Children at Risk with a platform to showcase their talents. These are just a few examples that show how unique our project is. We hope that as an outcome of our project, we will be able to make a positive impact to SCS and their Children at Risk. Feel free to Email us at [email protected]
