77kg (23.9% Bodyfat) vs 68.5kg (14% Bodyfat)
Chiing Yang’s transformation wasn’t a smooth one because of several Covid-19 disruptions. That slowed down the process but it definitely did not stop him from pursuing his goals. His determination and perseverance eventually paid off. Being lean is already difficult, but to be lean and strong is another level. Along the journey, he managed to surpass his PB in the 3 Big lifts.
Deadlift - 145kg
Back Squats - 105kg
Bench Press - 80kg
Not to mention Chiing Yang’s a father of 2 young children. He gave no excuses and made time out of his busy schedule to train. Kudos to this guy. More things to come, more goals to achieve💪🏻!
