Mini tennis isn’t just a warm-up. It sets the tone for your entire session.
It helps you:
• Find your rhythm and timing
• Improve touch, control, and feel
• Warm up the body without over-hitting
• Build consistency in your shots
When you rush straight to the baseline, you often tense up and rush your shots too.
Start with a smaller court. If you’re able to hit cleanly with a slower swing, you can do so when you start accelerating faster from the baseline too.
