Thank you for the incredible response to our Women's Self-Protection Workshop! It was a truly meaningful event, and we're grateful to everyone who joined us.

We're especially proud of the team who worked so hard to organize the workshop, as well as everyone who stepped in to help make it a success.

While physical self-defence is an important skill, it's only a small part of staying safe. In just three hours, there was so much we wanted to share, and time flew by. We hope every participant left with valuable knowledge, greater awareness, increased confidence, and practical strategies that can help keep themselves and those around them safe.
