from Team FatBird to help runners:
1. Improve speed and performance from 5km-42km
3. Tune Up for races @ 2XU Marathon, HK Marathon, Japan Marathons
4. Weight Loss/Management
5. Regular run maintenance


The Run Program integrates the following core components:
Hills
Intervals
Tempos
Fartleks
Strides

A couple of hill loops and simple upper body workout made many of us happy. See you tomorrow, 7am at Safra Mt Faber for more 'fat-burning' workouts...and yes, do rem to bring your fuel belts/drink bottles along.
