ABsolute Fitness Throwdown Singapore 2016 known as AFT2016 is powered by ABvolution Wellness which is a fitness training and sports service provider. In 2015, ABvolution aims to provide a one top service for all fitness services such as group exercises and sports event organising. We hope to bring all aspects of fitness together to build a more holistic fitness industry. This is a Fitness competition where we put gym skills into skilled tests. Partnered with ALJUNIED SPORTS CLUSTER , we foresee that having a Fitness contest is the best way to let everyone have a glance of putting fitness as a sport than just a hobby. The slogan for AFT2015 is FOR EVERYONE. AFT2016 aims to bring out the fundamentals of the different WODs ( workout of the day ) to let everyone have a taste and experience to fitness tests . Where keeping the element of professional competition , RX divisions are full scaled workout made for serious athletes . We introduced SCALED and OPEN, where in SCALED divisions , the event workouts are scaled down to lighter weights or change to simpler options for those who want to have a feel of being an competitor. While the TEAM Division will put all teams to test on leadership and teamwork skills. For those who are looking for fun and enjoyable workout, with your family and friends . We have the OPEN divisions, where we expose introductory workouts for everyone to boost their adrenaline and workout hard with a smile! This is FOR EVERYONE!
