Backhand hard dropshot. When you are pinned to the backhand back corner, hitting a far dropshot is less punishable than a soft dropshot, because of the speed of the shuttle. Even a high quality soft dropshot near the net can be punished because the opponent will have time to move towards the net and take it high near the tape.

3 sets of 12 reps front court footwork. When you leap for the last step, make sure both feet are off ground. Leap high (raise your right knee for more distance)

Full court doubles back court attack vs half court defense drill. Attacking player work on placing the shuttle down, no rising shots. And wait patiently for the opportunity to smash. Defending player work on moving the opponent around the back and mid court area.

We are looking for experienced and passionate badminton coaches to join our team at Refine Badminton Academy! As a coach at our academy, you will have the opportunity to work with talented young players and help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
✅Conducting badminton lessons for our students
✅Preparing and planning training sessions
✅Maintain a positive and motivating training environment
✅Providing feedback and guidance to students on their technique and performance
✅Ensure safety and discipline during training sessions

Requirements:
✅Strong badminton foundation (Ex-school team player or Ex-national team player preferred)
✅Prior coaching experience preferred
✅Possess relevant coaching certifications (Optional)
✅Good communication skills
✅Ability to work with players of all ages
✅Passionate about badminton and teaching
✅Willingness to learn and grow
