High Performance Trampoline- Beginner to Advanced lessons

Training facility dedicated to the growth and development of competitive trampolining in Singapore. Developed by qualified and experienced international coaches our facility offers trampoline programs for beginners as well as athletes who aspire to compete at an international level. Strength and conditioning training is also provided by o

ur coaches, which compliments the development of trampoline athletes. Jump Acrobat is a recreational “Learn to Trampoline” skills program based on the Long Term Trampoline Athlete Development (LTTAD) model released by Gymnastics Canada. The program is broken down into age groups to fit appropriately into the LTTAD. Competitive training programs align with Singapore Gymnastics and the Technical Handbook for Trampoline Gymnastics. Competitive trampoline athletes undertake individual bespoke training programs and goal setting to maximise performance potential.

What an electrifying weekend at the Singapore Gymnastics National Championships 🇸🇬! The energy was electric, and determination was palpable from start to finish. We couldn’t be prouder of every athlete's skill and courage on display. Massive thanks to , , and for their unwavering support, and to and .nuela_s for judging with expertise. Shout out to , .gwee, and our amazing parents group for the incredible cheers, food and matcha. Huge congrats to our athletes on 9 🏅, 3 🥈, and 1 🥉. , first judging panel as a FIG judge, crushed!

We had an amazing time at TTG in December 2025, connecting with talented friends from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Japan, witnessing incredible performances from over 10 clubs in trampoline, double-mini, and tumbling. What a thrilling experience! Will we return? Our students are all thumbs up!

Massive congratulations to Aidan, set to represent Singapore 🇸🇬 at the Asian Champs in Hong Kong 11-12 May in the 11-12 age group.

His qualification and representation is testament to his hard work and determination to succeed at the highest level. We are so proud of you!
