Are you great at developing a cohesive and data-driven social media strategy? Are you skilled at using Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to get branded content in front of your targets with higher engagement and lower cost per click?
Key Responsibilities
• Create the most commanding social presence in our category in terms of loyal followers, engagement, etc. on each social channel (specifically LinkedIn and Facebook)
• Grow subscriber list on social channels through creative and memorable campaigns and content
• Own the creation and management of an editorial calendar across all social platforms.
• Be on the cutting edge on all social channels, leveraging first-mover advantage and test new channels
• Manage event marketing content, using events as opportunities to amplify our social presence
• Use social media to engage with and build customer advocates who willingly spread word of mouth
• Generate marketing qualified contacts within target accounts using paid social campaigns
• Contribute to overarching marketing strategy plan and strategy understanding social’s critical role
• Measure and analyze social media activity, altering strategy and tactics as-needed based on data-driven insights
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a media or advertising agency doing paid and organic social campaigns.
• Thorough understanding of social media KPIs as well as how to apply findings to optimize campaigns as needed.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Experience using tools of the trade such as NetBase, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Sysomos, Facebook Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Audience Insights, Twitter Analytics, Instagram Business Insights, Tumblr Analytics, YouTube Analytics,
• Web analytics experience
• Work from home set up. Office will be in Makati until further notice
• Amenable to work night shift (US Pacific Time)
