Meet Simon!
As a frequent traveller for work, Simon used to struggle with staying on track β inconsistent routines, hotel meals, and long flights made it hard to follow any structured plan.
But instead of making excuses, Simon made a choice to take ownership of his health. While on the road, he prioritised his daily movement (averaging 15β20k steps weekly!) and stayed disciplined with his food, even during work trips.
Since then, Simon has dropped over 12kg, going from 81.6kg to 69kg. His strength and muscle mass have stayed consistent despite the weight loss, and he now feels much healthier, less lethargic, and more in control of his lifestyle.
