Jolin Yong

During these 4 months of training / exercise, I have gained more knowledge on holistic healthy lifestyle and wellness from Felix. Felix seeks on the understand my needs in achieving healthier body and mind.

Thereafter, he customises every session to achieve some forms of outcomes such as improve my breathing, stability and strength. I can feel much improvement in these aspects which allow me to try out more higher intensity exercises.

His lessons are unpredictable, unique, fun k of cos s**g! After every lessons, I feel good about myself as I feel healthier - both mind and health.

Will continue to preserve to achieve my ultimate goal - healthymind, decrease my body weight. Thank you for being such an inspirational trainer!

I started with Felix in March 2020, and so far it has been an amazing experience. I like how Felix provides a detailed plan of both home and session programs. Although the Covid pandemic happened and still ongoing, he constantly checked up on my progress. I appreciate that Felix is flexible and changes up the routine as to ensure that the sessions are fun yet beneficial to my body. I wanted to start exercising to be both physically and mentally active/fit, especially after certain family events have occured, I want to make sure that my body can fight off any illness or disease. Health is a very falet of having a successful and happy life. Looking forward to a transformational journey. Thanks Felix!

我和顺兴教练锻练了三个多月。从一开始是想了解体能教练的scope of work, 到后来才发现他是一个holistic 的教练。

从本来以为体能教练就只是练练腿脚,锻练身体,让自己更加健康,更有活力面对每一天,就那么简单。

到后来才发现顺兴教练并不只是锻练可以看的 (physical body), 他也锻练那看不见的 (mentally & emotionally - 思维和心灵)。

这段时间里,除了感觉到身体有所提升,我更能察觉到我的思维变得更成熟,情绪也比较平和。一些钻牛角尖,理不清的问题一点就通。(当然,有时也须要很多点)

At my age I thought am unable to carry the heavy weight, due to his encouragement, I make it!

It have been 5 months and found that doing fitness not only improved my health and even gotten stronger in carrying heavy objects.

养生养心之道 - 不健身 vs 健身

《智慧的明白人》

为什么要多健身?健身与不健身的差距有多大?

一,不健身的人随着年纪的增长,身体基础代谢值会下降。如果没有管理好饮食,身材就会慢慢发胖,而长期健身的人可以抵抗发福问题,还能慢慢雕刻出一副好身材,保持年轻的体态。

二,不健身的人随着年龄的增长,体能素质会逐渐下降,心肺功能会退化,身体会开始迈入衰老状态。而坚持健身的人,肺活量会保持旺盛状态,心肌会更有力量,有效抵抗衰老速度。

三,不健身的人平时不注重生活习惯,随着年纪的增长容易患上一些基础疾病,自身的免疫力也会有所退化。而长期健身的人免疫系统会比较强大,可以更有效的抵抗细菌跟病毒从而降低患病几率。

四,不健身的人到了冬天容易出现冻手冻脚,晚上四肢冰冷难以入睡问题。而坚持健身的人身体回温比较快,手脚会保持稳烘烘状态。这样的人更容易入睡,睡眠质量会更好。

五,不健身的人在面对压力的时候,找不到合适的宣泄口,容易积累负面情绪,而坚持健身的人可以刺激身体分泌多巴胺。健身锻炼的过程中可以释放负面情绪,人会变得积极乐观,抗压力会得到有效提升。

六,不健身的人容易变得幽懒,患上拖延症,平时喜欢熬夜玩手机不够自律,而坚持健身的人会比较自律,会时时刻刻提醒自己当日事当日闭,这样的人更容易取得事业的成功。

"I don't train body, I transform lives"

My journey started with Felix in July 2022. The 1st session he did a fitness test to gauge my level of fitness and checked with me on what my fitness goals are.

I am active in badminton and played on a regular basis. I told Felix that I wanted to improve my game for the physical aspect to lower the risk of injury and also give me an edge in the game.

Felix guided me on how i can trained better with his unique methods. His exercise routines are very simple to follow and don’t need a lot of time. In the past, I used to trained hours in the gym and today, I can do it within an hour.

His advise on my food intake and rest also help me especially getting more energy and recovery. He also guides me on my mental aspect.

I am seeing results of his holistic training methodology with improved endurance and strength when I play on the court! Thank you Felix for your guidance and advices whenever I needed them!
