Discipline over applause. “SAGA Athletics” aka “Team SAGA” is the FIRST Athletics Club in Bedok Stadium with More than 15 Years of Experience since 2009! SAGA Athletics has been trusted by many parents in Singapore for many years. We teach not only Running, but also various events of Track and Field. Our immediate goals are to correct the basic errors committed by athletes and improve their coordi

nation and motor skills through various drills and events of Athletics when they are still in the formative years. Because it has been shown that habits formed during the earlier years would be very difficult to shake off later. Through the Mother of All Sports (Track and Field), we also help them do better in other sports for their future. Simultaneously, our long-term goals are to identify potential champions and groom them to their maximal limits. We also strive to provide an enjoyable training and interactive platform for every athlete, regardless of performance level and potential.

A look back at how SAGA began in 2009, when Coach Rustan first started coaching young athletes in SAGA with sincerity, passion, and authenticity — beginning with just a small group of students.

Over time, the journey grew steadily as more young athletes became part of SAGA.

From these early foundations, the SAGA discipline and philosophy gradually took shape.

At the age of 3, Aarya started training in SAGA, now she is 4 years old and has figured out how to do the basic Carioca Drill. There is a saying, Rome wasn't built in a day. "START YOUNG" now with TEAM SAGA!
