Resuming my 10 Km run after a busy month of work feels fabulous.

Today, I squatted 140kg for 2 reps—approximately 2.5× my bodyweight.

The depth wasn’t perfect yet, but every session is another step forward.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is to keep showing up.
