Started for the wrong reasons but got the right results.

It’s Friday.
My body is tired.
Cardio is not my favourite.

And that’s exactly why I don’t rely on motivation.

I stack my workout right after something I already do every day.
School drop-off is a no-brainer, so the gym becomes one too.
No coming home. No deciding.

And on days when even that feels hard, I don’t do it alone.
I bring a friend.
When one of us doesn’t feel like showing up, the other pulls us through.

If you take one thing from this:
Stack your workout onto something automatic.
Or borrow someone else’s discipline when yours is low.

That’s how it actually gets done.

We didn’t have the role models we aspire to be. So it’s not too late to become who we wish we had seen growing up.

Our moms didn’t know self care, self love or nurturing her health.

That’s why we have to do better, for them to see what was possible and our kids to know what is.
