Your body doesn’t suddenly “expire” at 40—but what it needs from training evolves.
In your 20s, Pilates can help build movement control and a strong foundation.
In your 30s, consistency becomes the real challenge as work, family and responsibilities compete for your time.
In your 40s, preserving muscle, managing recovery and building resilience become increasingly valuable.
In your 50s, purposeful resistance supports muscle and bone strength—especially through the menopause transition for many women.
In your 60s and beyond, strength, power and balance help maintain confidence and independence.
These are general priorities, not rules. Your training should reflect your body, experience and goals—not simply your age.
That’s also why our instructor course is led by master trainers aged 45+ and 58+. They don’t just teach movement theory—they understand how the body and training journey evolve through lived experience.
Age is context, not a diagnosis. And it is never too late to become stronger.
