I am very committed to helping my clients achieve their own fitness goals and take great satisfaction in seeing people realise their full potential. As a certified Fitness / Personal / Team / Course Trainer for the last 17 years, I like to vary training methods wherever possible, and routinely develop programmes targeted at both the individual and group level. Having also studied Fitness Nutrition
with the International Sports Science Association, I have developed sound practical knowledge for application, and enjoy advising on Nutritional aspects when delivering guidance on general fitness & improving personal wellbeing. I have fought competitively in the Amateur Muay Thai Boxing arena since 2010, and as such have devised a unique training programme that combines weight training with the art of Muay Thai Boxing. This program has been successfully adopted by Les Mills Gym in New Zealand, and I have found that combining these disciplines gives my clients huge empowerment; both in developing cardio endurance and discovering the depths of physical strength lying previously untapped within themselves.
