Due to the current operational situation, we regret to inform you that
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you as we will suspend all official tournaments tomorrow.
For those of you who have purchased tickets but are not yet ready to use them, we are offering a refund of the price of the diamonds.
Staff will verify the information and refund the diamonds after verification.

🔖Tips for receiving your prize money
We have recently received feedback from many of our users that they have not received their prize money after the tournament has ended.
The prize money will be paid into the pending rewards first, and only after that will the prize money be shown in the wallet, so you can check the pending rewards first to confirm that there is no prize money, then you need to take a screenshot and bring your UID and tournament ID to the staff for feedback.
