This package will be great for you if you’re looking to improve your sparring techniques, increase your fitness level and/or understand how fighters align striking with their thought process. Towards the end of the package, you’ll be looking to a new you- a fitter version of yourself and learning new skills that you can use for self defense or sparring/fighting.
You’ll be going through a similar training camp as what the fighters do. This will not only get you in shape but also value add to your training as you will be equipped with the knowledge that fighters possess as they go through their training camp.
When you opt for this package, you’ll receive:
1) 24 Personal Training sessions that will spread across 8 weeks (3 sessions/week)
2) Training program set out accordingly to your preference
3) Guided sessions and tips
4) If you are an existing member of a gym and does sparring, I’ll provide feedback for your sparring sessions (you’ll have to record the sessions)
5) Sparring sessions
The training will be broken down into different phases.
Phase 1 (2 weeks): I’ll get to know you better through training (if you’re looking to improve your sparring/fights, this is when I start to learn your preference of striking and habits OR if you’re look to improve your fitness level, this is where I’ll understand your physical capability to set the intensity of the sessions)
Phase 2 (4 weeks): We’ll start to develop your fitness levels along with your striking and defense techniques to help you build up towards phase 3.
Phase 3 (2 weeks): We’ll start to practice the respective techniques, applying it into our sparring sessions, and hopefully into your own sparring sessions as well. Towards the end of phase 3, we will start to fine tune any techniques that needs extra work.
