In my 8 years in the real estate industry, I’ve seen many buyers make the grave mistake of buying new launch condos based on emotional decisions and getting burnt by it in the process. So if you’re currently looking for a new launch, make sure you’re prepared in this situation by watching this final part of my series.

Many of you can relate when you purchase the many crazy products you’ve bought over the years, solely because a salesperson influenced you or your friend told you to. It’s a funny story to tell, but can you imagine doing this for much bigger purchases, for example, like purchasing your next home?

This might just sound like a nightmare, but trust me, over the years I’ve witnessed many of these cases first-hand and have seen the toll it takes on buyers, both financially and mentally.

So for my final episode of the series, I’ll share with true situations of how buyers end up paying deposits based on emotional choices, how these decisions can impact them negatively & how I can help you protect yourself from this and all the other mistakes you might potentially make during your next property purchase.
