Ryan, an anesthesiologist, wanted to lead by example for his patients and prove he practices what he preaches. Although he had no prior fitness experience, he brought consistency to the table.

Since we started our freelancing journey as personal trainers, Danny has been one of our longest-standing clients (we hope he doesn’t find that offensive).

Despite being new to resistance training, his commitment to the training and additional homework really stood out, and that’s partly why he achieved such an obvious transformation in 11 weeks.

In our opinion, Danny’s greatest benefit wasn’t just his body transformation or his improved run and swim times. It was his ability to incorporate resistance training into his routine, which helps combat sarcopenia and ensures mobility into older age. We know he will continue to resistance train. There are still movement adaptations we need to work on, but given his training age, chronological age, and time allotted, Danny’s progress has been amazing.

Brent was determined to get in the best shape of his life for his wedding. Despite a hectic work schedule with frequent travel, he adhered strictly to every expectation.

Having never trained properly before and often getting injured, Brent embraced the new approach we laid out for him. With consistent resistance workouts, daily step goals, and long inclined walks, he pushed through and managed to perform over 15 pull-ups. Brent now understands proper training and nutrition and achieved the best physique he’s ever had.

You should have seen him in his tuxedo on his wedding day!
