He is the man who has Given me life in Coaching again in 2022. Signing me up as coach In LFCIA and honored me as the Grassroot and youth Specialist in the Academy. He is not only helping me in football but also Beyond outside life. Thank you Boss. It's a great 3 years knowing you as my boss. I will never forget Your kindness towards my family and Me. once again. Thank you.

It takes you 10 years to learn to be a good grassroots & youth development coach. And another 10 years learn to make It better. A total of 20 years. It's not about the results, It's the process to progress for these players that coach needs to focus on. The results will come once the progression of the players are on the right track. Trust the process. Never stop learning!
