Life recently ✨

Sometimes I wonder how I’m managing everything simultaneously, but I’m quite literally living my best life right now.

I get to do the sports I love pain free, build meaningful relationships with my clients, do work that genuinely fulfils me, and have the best support system around me.

During periods of high stress, I constantly remind myself of all these things and somehow everything else seems to fade away 🙇🏻‍♀️

Life recently ✨

Sometimes I wonder how I’m managing everything simultaneously, but I’m quite literally living my best life right now.

I get to do the sports I love pain free, build meaningful relationships with my clients, do work that genuinely fulfils me, and have the best support system around me.

Damn, what a weekend!

Returning here almost a year after my first open done at the stadium. Can I say I forget how humid this place is 😂

Honestly this wasn’t my best race. I was so close to not turning up cause I was still feeling sick from the flu, but somehow I’m glad I did. Everything felt harder than usual, and I was questioning myself why mid way LOL. I WILL come back stronger!!! So… I’ll take the 1:28 for now :’)

And to the mvp for always believing in me 👊🏼

This Hyrox weekend was also extra special because I got to witness my girls doing their first relay and I’m so proud 😭 With not much training in place, they still hit their goal time!! You girls really rock 🫰🏼

2 nights well spent in Thailand 🇹🇭 Almost a year since my last race here (still suffering PTSD from it 🤪)

This time, we’re back for doubles! And I’m soo happy we managed to shave off 2m 45s from our previous MD race 🤩

Honestly, wouldn’t have done it with anyone else ❤️

Anyways, doubles is always fun and giggles until you have a solo in 1.5 weeks 😭

So… Singapore, you’re next! 🇸🇬

(Also, huge shoutout to for prepping us, you’re the G 👊🏼 this wouldn’t be possible without your tough love 😂)

19 days to my next race and I’m so hypedddd 🤩 This time just feels different. Really put in much more focus on the areas I was lacking in this off season, especially my conditioning, and I can actually feel how much my aerobic capacity has improved. Engine feels stronger, efforts feel more controlled, and I’m just so excited for all my upcoming races 🫶🏼

Very thankful for for not sugar coating anything and just telling me exactly what I needed to work on. Excited to see what this block brings!!!

Things I hear from my clients and friends all the time. And honestly, it’s completely okay not to know this. With so much conflicting information everywhere, it’s easy to get confused. Once we understand these concepts better, it becomes easier to make smarter choices with training, find better balance with food, and give ourselves more room to actually progress. 👊🏼

Featuring some of my favourite moments of the year and a few end of year reflections ✨

Officially 6 years in the personal training business. Grateful to have crossed paths with every client along the way. This journey has shaped me more than I could ever explain, and I know there is still so much more to learn, refine, and grow as a coach.

The past 1.5 years of training under different coaches reminded me why standards matter. I hold myself to a high bar because I truly believe in going through it myself before asking my clients to do the same 🤝🏼

Purchased our first private property. Thankful that I stayed committed to my own goals and trusted my own timeline.

Kept my inner circle small and close. Most people do not realise this, but I am actually an introvert outside of work. I learnt the power of strong boundaries. Being nice all the time is overrated. Being honest and true to myself matters more. I no longer feel pressured to do things that do not align with me just to please others.

Grateful for good health all year round ❤️ Nothing matters more.

And somehow I fell in love with running 🏃🏻‍♀️
Clocked over 1,300 km this year, a distance I would not have thought possible just two years ago 😱

As I step into 2026, my focus remains the same. To keep growing, to keep learning, and to continue doing what I do with purpose and intention 🍻

As each year passes, I’ve come to realise that fitness is so much more than just looking a certain way. (To me at least)...

As each year passes, I’ve come to realise that fitness is so much more than just looking a certain way. (To me at least)

I no longer restrict myself to just one channel of fitness, and over the past year, working on the areas I’m lacking in has become something I’m intentionally focusing on.

I believe real life tests not only strength, but also endurance, resilience, and overall capacity. For me, fitness has evolved from chasing a certain look to building a body that can perform, adapt, and last. That shift in training has made me far more grateful for what my body can do.

I’m still lifting and still learning, but I’m just approaching fitness a little differently these days. 💭

PS: I still love lifting and it will always be a part of my life 💕
