Welcoming a new chapter.

We’re so happy to share that Tiffany is now Co-Founder of idō!

What began as a shared vision has naturally grown into something much deeper, a partnership rooted in trust, respect, and a shared commitment to the work, both in the studio and behind the scenes.

As we move into this next phase, Tiffany will be leading the development of our Pilates offering, helping shape the way the studio continues to grow and evolve.

This isn’t simply about expansion, but about building something that feels aligned, intentional, and true to what idō stands for.

Foundation follows in May with Master Trainer Sergio Honorio.
