All coaches are qualified and experienced coaches and ESPZEN operates a strict 1:12 coach to student ration guaranteeing your child will receive quality coach interaction and will not be "lost in the crowd"

All our soccer camps are conditioned to the developmental age of the participant. Programmes will be challenging but achievable, guaranteeing that each child leaves our camp with a raised self esteem and most importantly having experienced fun and enjoyment.

Great way to keep fit during CoVid

ADULT FOOTBALL TRAINING - Want to improve your fitness and ball skills? Come and Join us Every Tuesday and alternate Thursdays, 9pm to 11pm @ Centaurs Sports Park, Turf City.

During this period we have put in place Safe Management Measures to ensure you can still work out and train in a Safe environment.

We have limited slots per week as such please ensure to reserve your slot by sending a message to 8363 3154. Do not come without reservation.

ESPZEN Adult training programs include specifically designed SSG’s (Small Sided Games) that maximise participation regardless of natural ability. The competitive environment improves soccer specific fitness without the arduous training methods of old while the constant involvement develops the technical and tactical player.
Improve your soccer knowledge and football ability in a fresh new training environment. No more shuttle sprints, no more laps of the field and no more gigantic training matches to leave you breathless and bored.

Football training at home for kids. This time must be used to develop skills and of course, power. This football training is designed for kids in categories U10, U11, U12, but also for smaller categories U7, U8, U9 even if they do not manage it in such intensity, but mainly to try it. They'll do it longer, but we're going to move.

Training includes:
- 5 exercises to develop football skills for both right and left foot
- 1 exercise 20-25 reps (20s)
- 10 coordinating exercises
- there is a 30 second break after each exercise

Materials:
- place 1,5m x 2m
- ball
- hand towel
