SCA U15 Tournament Champions 🏆

Another tournament. Another victory for the Scorpien Academy U15 boys! And 2nd year in a row we won the SCA U15 tournament 💪🏏

The boys went undefeated through the league stages, winning all three games, before cruising through the semifinals to set up a final clash against SNCA Reds.

In a tense, low-scoring final, the Scorpien boys held their nerve brilliantly to secure a 14-run victory and lift the trophy! 🏆

This is the academy team’s second tournament victory in two weeks, following last weekend’s Mariners Cup triumph. What a run! 🔥

🏆 MARINERS JUNIOR SUPER 6s CUP — CHAMPIONS! 🏆

The finals saw two of the best teams of the tournament face each other once again — a repeat of last year’s final: ACSI vs SSCA.

ACSI won the toss and elected to bat on a hot and sunny day at the IA Ground. The SSCA boys responded brilliantly, bowling with discipline and maintaining fantastic lines and lengths. Backed up by some excellent fielding, they restricted ACSI to 37 runs from their 6 overs.

In reply, the SSCA boys held their nerve through a tense and nail-biting chase, securing victory off the very last ball of the game! 🏆🔥

But the day became even more special as the team had the incredible honour of meeting and receiving the trophy from the 1983 World Cup-winning legends of Indian cricket. 🇮🇳🏏

To play in front of such world-class legends and then receive the trophy from them was a truly memorable experience for these young athletes — a moment they will remember for a long, long time.

A huge THANK YOU to all the parents, coaches and players whose support, commitment and belief made this tournament so special.

Congratulations, SSCA! 💙🏏

Scorpien Sports Forays into Singapore Women’s Cricket!

​We are thrilled to announce that Scorpien Sports has officially stepped into the Singapore Women’s Cricket scene! With the generous support of Ceylon Sports Club and Mariners Cricket Club, we successfully fielded two women’s teams in this year’s Women’s Mariners Premier League 2026.

​A special mention to Ms. Suneha Gadpande (Marine Captain), who led our academy team with fantastic leadership!
​With the Singapore Cricket Association (SCA) actively driving female participation across clubs, the scope for women’s cricket in Singapore is brighter than ever. We warmly invite parents to encourage their daughters to join our program, explore their potential, and fall in love with this wonderful game.
​Training Program Details:
​When: Every Sunday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
​Where: Ceylon Sports Club (CSC)
​Coaching: Dedicated women’s coach assigned upon reaching target enrollment numbers.

🏏 Scorpien Boys Reach the Mariners Junior Tournament (Super 6’s) Final – Again! 🏆

The Scorpien boys have once again produced a brilliant display of cricket to book their place in the final of the annual Mariners (Super 6’s) Tournament.

The team was outstanding throughout the competition, registering comfortable victories over NPSI and SCC in the league stage before delivering a composed and clinical performance against SNCA in the semi-final. Notable performances by Vivan Patel, Himansh Karwa, and Arya Subramani. The team was well led by Arjun Dubey..

Next week, we take on ACSI at the CSC Grounds in what will be a repeat of last year’s final.

Congratulations to all our players for their hard work, teamwork, and determination. A big thank you as well to our coaches, parents, and supporters for being with us every step of the way.

We wish the ACSI team all the very best for the final. May the best team win, and here’s to a fantastic game of cricket! 💙🏏
