Part 2: Taipei Taekwondo Training Exchange 🥋
A highlight of our Taipei Taekwondo journey was the opportunity to train and exchange with athletes and coaches from Yu Cheng High School, Longshan Junior High School, and Zhongxiao Taekwondo.
Training alongside these talented athletes was both challenging and inspiring. We were impressed by their strong fundamentals, speed, discipline, and competitive spirit. The intensity of every session pushed our athletes to step out of their comfort zones and raise their standards.
Beyond the training, this experience allowed us to learn different training methods, build friendships, and gain valuable exposure to Taiwan's strong Taekwondo culture.
A big thank you to all the coaches and athletes for their warm hospitality and generosity. We look forward to training together again in the future.
